Volunteers who make up the Bread Team will be demonstrating how to make bread in the traditional way and visitors will be able to buy some to take home for tea.
Jane Lee – a longstanding member of the team, as was her mother before her, said, "There is perhaps more interest nowadays in traditional bread-making than ever before. People are more concerned about what they are eating."
