Global Domination

It is big, it is clever and yes, anyone can do it.

One of the most pervasive fashion trends for this summer is the world traveller look, an eclectic mix of key pieces that can take you anywhere you want to go, from your front room to the Andes.

Wearability is the main requirement. These have to be clothes that you feel comfortable in, and also they have to be items that can mix and match

wardrobe, which indeed this could be, although there is a little more to it, because this is more of a lifestyle statement, a state of mind.

Add sandals, beads and a roomy bag that's comfortable and easy to carry – leather, canvas and embroidered fabric ones work really well, as do embellished rucksacks, for a hippy trail feel.

You can make use of the whole storyboard of prints, from floral through Aztec and ethnic to animal

Above all, make sure your shoes are sturdy – although that doesn't means there's no room for a bit of bling
