Jazz Preview: Singer Georgia turns to writing for latest album

Georgia Mancio, who appears at Wakefield Sports Club tonight, sees her new album, Silhouette, as the end of her first decade as a performer and the beginning of her next as a song writer.

Seven of the 10 tracks are written or co-written by Mancio, whose love of words reflects a childhood spent in a bi-lingual household.

Clearly, this appealing singer has added another string to her artistic bow.
