Quick Recipe: Chocolate puds with warm chocolate sauce

100g golden caster sugar2 eggs125g softened butter40g ground almonds40g cocoa85g self-raising flour sifted together with ½tsp baking powder100g dark chocolate melted with 170ml double cream to make a sauce

Heat the oven to 180C/fan 160C/gas 4. Mix the flour, cocoa and almonds.

Cream the butter and sugar, then add the eggs and flour mix, plus 1 tbsp water.

Fold everything together. Spoon into 6 150ml pudding moulds, put in a roasting tin with 1cm boiling water, cover the lot with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes or until risen and cooked through.

Serve with the warm sauce.
