Top chefs for Harrogate charity seafood supper

Two of Yorkshire's leading celebrity chefs will feature in a charity seafood supper for Marie Curie at a Harrogate hotel next Monday, June 13.

An Evening of Seafood Cookery will take place at The Cairn Hotel next Monday at 7.30pm with with guest chefs Stephanie Moon and Jim Key.

As well as appearances by Stephanie Moon, Chef Consultant, All About Food and Jim Key, chef and founder of Wild Restaurant, Harrogate, there will also be wine tasting from Bon Coeur Wines.

The event will be compered by Jonathon Bachelor, managing director of award-winning seafood retailer Ramus Seafoods and supported by Bon Coeur Fine Wines, who will be presenting a wine match for each dish.

Liz Ramus, chair of the Harrogate Fundraising Group, said: “Each year, between 2000 and 2005, we successfully staged a fish supper so I’m delighted that we’ve been able to work together to put on another of these events. This will be a significant fundraiser for Marie Curie.”
