Video: Museum judges at Yorkshire Sculpture Park
THE Yorkshire Sculpture Park near Wakefield was looking its best as pleasant June sunshine greeted the judges of the 2014 Art Fund Museum of the Year competition.
The panel of art experts was shown around the park by Executive Director Peter Murray. It’s regarded as one of the world’s leading open-air galleries but faces stiff competition form five other finalists including The Mary Rose Museum in Portsmouth and Tate Britain in London.
The winner will announced on Wednesday July 9.
