Avant builds 190 homes in Yorkshire with combined value of £39.7m

Yorkshire housebuilder Avant Homes has launched the first homes at two new developments, which will deliver 190 properties in Yorkshire.

The developments have a gross combined development value of £39.7m and are close to some of Yorkshire major towns and cities. The new sites include St Paul’s Bank in Pilley and Torneley Quarter in Doncaster.

A spokesman said: "As well as these developments providing 190 new homes across Yorkshire, Avant Homes has also committed to a combined community contribution of £626,000 towards local education and transport links."

St Paul’s Bank in Pilley will offer a selection of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes while at Torneley Quarter in Doncaster there will be a mixture of two, three and four-bedroom homes.

Work began at St Paul’s Bank in Pilley in August 2020 with Torneley Quarter in Doncaster following in December 2020. The first homes are expected to be ready for occupation in autumn 2021.

Based in Wakefield, Avant Homes Yorkshire is part of the Avant Homes Group, one of the biggest private developers of residential property in the UK. The group currently has 60 developments across its five operating regions.
