"The overall new MSA facility provides an important contribution to road safety on this section of the Strategic Road Network, and will offer visitors a visually stunning place to stop off during their journey. We’re delighted to have a complimentary range of selected Tenant Operators “brand partners” on-site, some of whom are a first for the UK motorway network.”

“In total, we’ll be providing around 300 full-time equivalent roles at the site, at a range of outlets, from well-known food and beverage retailers, to business and hotel facilities. We’ve worked very closely with our brand partners and Leeds City Council in particular, to help ensure we provide a range of good job opportunities for local people.”
