Abseil challenge to show the Balance is right
A REFURBISHED office building in Sheffield city centre is to be launched tomorrow with an abseil challenge.
The event, organised by developers CBRE Investors and the Sheffield office of commercial property consultants Knight Frank, will showcase the refurbishment programme recently completed on the 10-storey building called The Balance – formerly City Plaza – and raise funds for Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice.
Work included improving the exterior façade, open plan work space, a new double height reception and a landscaped courtyard at the 25,000 sq ft building.
