Appointments: Callcredit continues integration strategy after takeover with new MD and data director

Chris McDonald and Zoe Palethorpe, formerly of The Trading Floor, have been appointed to the roles of managing director Data Solutions and director Data Assets respectively within Callcredit Information Group. The move is part of the integration of The Trading Floor with Callcredit, following its acquisition earlier this year,

RSM Tenon has appointed Craig Simpson as head of tax innovation to drive forward its entrepreneurial offering. Mr Simpson joins RSM Tenon from Ernst & Young, where he was an executive director concentrating on advising entrepreneurial businesses and high net worth individuals.

Aldermore, the new British bank, has appointed Nick Smith as regional managing director of its invoice finance business, based in Cleckheaton. He previously worked for the Davenham Group where he was business development manager for Yorkshire and the North East.

Independent town planning consultancy Indigo Planning has strengthened its growing Leeds office with three new recruits.

Simon Grundy joins in the newly-created role of regional director, from Barton Willmore in Leeds where he was a director. Nick Pleasant joins as an assistant planner after completing a diploma in town planning from Newcastle University earlier this year.

Anna Ortega also joins as an assistant planner after graduating from University College London with an MSc spatial planning. In addition, Peter Hall has been promoted to associate.

Adam Key has joined Savills Leeds as associate director in its planning team. He joins from DPP in Leeds where he was an associate partner.

Digital marketing agency Headland Multimedia has appointed two graduates. Adam Lomas, a computer sciences graduate from Leeds Metropolitan University, and Ayat Babajan, a graphic design graduate at Lincoln University, join as junior programmer and junior web designer respectively in the firm’s Leeds office.

Marketing agency Rare Creative Group has recruited two new members of staff to join its design team.

Paul Mellor joins the Sheffield-based firm as a senior graphic designer, from Michom Creative in Nottingham, where he worked as a senior graphic designer. Kirsty Mann takes up a role as junior graphic designer after completing a degree in design.

CNG has taken on eight new members of staff to boost its sales, billing, and credit control departments. Nick Bullock, Jonny Walker, Dawn Williams, Lucy Morrison and Dawn Iseley have joined the sales and billing departments, while James Harris, Dawn Bohanna and Hannah Rankine joined the credit control side of the business.

Irwin Mitchell partner Louise Sykes has been appointed to the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists, which represents specialist contentious trust and probate lawyers.

Ms Sykes heads up the leading will, trust and estate disputes team at Irwin Mitchell’s Sheffield office.
