Appointments: Intellectual property team boost

Esther Kirwan has joined Clarion Solicitors, in Leeds, as a senior associate, further boosting its growing team of intellectual property specialists.

She has 11 years of experience, training with Eversheds before joining Lupton Fawcett in 2006 where she was a senior associate, specialising in contentious and non-contentious intellectual property.

DixonLaw, in Leeds, has appointed Kelly Fleming to its commercial property team.

She trained in London and previously worked at Lupton Fawcett, in Leeds.

Meanwhile, Lupton Fawcett has strengthened its intellectual property department by recruiting Ann Critchell-Ward as a senior associate.

Ms Critchell-Ward was previously head of intellectual property and branding at the Midlands-based firm Freeth Cartwright.

Lupton Fawcett is based in Leeds and Sheffield.

Helen Fullerton has been appointed as a performer with PEEL (Partnership Entertainment Events Ltd).

She becomes part of a group of actors known as the Thoresby Players, who will perform at Warner Leisure's Thoresby Hall Hotel, in Nottinghamshire.
