Apprentice cohort visit to Parliament

Apprentices from Yorkshire Building Society were given a glimpse of life in the corridors of power when they visited Parliament.

As part of their on-the-job training, 12 apprentices made the trip to London to understand how Parliament works and meet Judith Cummins, MP for Bradford South, and Hilary Benn, MP for Leeds Central.

Hilary Benn MP said: “I was impressed by the enthusiasm and interest of the Yorkshire Building Society apprentices, and it was a pleasure to talk to them about the work of Parliament.
