£2m office revamp for Leeds's Greek Street completed

The comprehensive refurbishment of 12 Greek Street, formerly Aquis House, has seen a raft of top-class office space and a new restaurant from the Revere group named Lost & Found.

The seven-storey building extending to just over 15,000 sq ft was bought by London-based investment company Ricsion LLP from Northumberland Estates last year.
