Asda warehouse deal
Supermarket giant Asda is set to open a new distribution centre after leasing a 263,000 sq ft warehouse at Redhouse Interchange, near Doncaster, next to one of its current distribution centres.
The deal was brokered by Leeds-based industrial agency specialists Gent Visick on behalf of AXA Real Estate.
