An Assured move for new operations director

Susie Rodgers is the fourth new recruit in as many weeks to join the Sheffield office of business adviser Grant Thornton. She has joined the firm’s Yorkshire audit team as audit executive following the recent appointments of Sharon McLean, Sarah Clark and Phoebe Tresize.

Asset recovery and insolvency support group Winterhill Largo has boosted its Wakefield-based receivables audit and assurance division with the appointment of Ian McNicol. He joins the company from Barclays, where he gained 25 years’ experience in asset and sales finance and factoring.

International asset consultants Charterfields has expanded its team in Sheffield with the appointment of Mike Havis. He joins from Edward Symmons and has over 25 years’ experience of valuations of property, plant and equipment. He joins Charterfields’ corporate valuation team, which provides valuations for insurance, financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions.

Rotherham insolvency practice Moorhead Savage has appointed Rachel Parker as an insolvency administrator. The Sheffield Hallam University psychology graduate previously worked with the debt team at law firm Howells and insolvency practitioners Probitas. Company founder Paul Moorhead said: “We are delighted to welcome Rachel to our expanding team.”
