Auction of lap dancing club and tattoo studio
A FORMER lap dancing club and a tattoo studio are two of the properties being auctioned this month.
The Pussycat Lounge on Kirkgate in Huddersfield is being offered for sale on the instructions of the LPA receivers at a guide price of £150,000. It had been previously marketed at £300,000. Meanwhile, a tenanted tattoo studio on Front Street in Castleford has a guide price of £70,000 plus. The Eddisons Property Auction takes place on July 21 at Leeds United Football Club, Elland Road from 12.30pm.
