Award-winning barrier firm in spotlight at German exhibition

A YORKSHIRE-based safety barrier firm is taking centre stage at a major exhibition in Germany.

A-SAFE's iFlex barrier system on display in Hamburg

A-SAFE’s iFlex Barrier System is on show at the 2016/17 iF Design Exhibition in Hamburg, which attracts visitors from across Europe.

Tom Costello, the industrial design engineer at A-SAFE, which is based in Elland, West Yorkshire, said: “We’re incredibly proud that our iFlex barrier range is going to be displayed at the iF Design Exhibition, alongside some truly excellent designs from all over the world.”

A-SAFE’s clients include Nestlé, Coca-Cola, BMW, 3M, Heathrow Airport, Unilever, Amazon and Jaguar-Land Rover. The company was formed in Halifax in 1984 and it now has subsidiaries in Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Scandinavia, Belgium, Spain and the US, as well as resellers in more than 60 countries worldwide.
