The firm has signed a 10-year lease for office space in Marina Court, Castle Street, after moving from its former offices in The Maltings.

As well as giving the five-strong team more space, the offices also have larger meeting rooms.

A company spokesman said: “Begbies Traynor has been looking for larger, city centre offices to house its expanding team of insolvency experts, which has been strengthened with three appointments over the last 18 months.”

Andrew Mackenzie, a director at Begbies Traynor’s Hull office, said yesterday: “These larger, prestigious premises in the heart of Hull’s re-invigorated marina area will provide improved, modern facilities for both clients and staff.
