Billington director steps down

BILLINGTON Holdings, one of the UK's leading structural steel and construction safety solutions specialists, has announced the retirement of Mike Fewster, operations director and board director.

His retirement date has been set for March 31 of next year and he will leave the board on the same day.

Peter Hems, chairman of Barnsley-based Billington Holdings said: "The Board of Billington Holdings would like to thank Mike for his contribution and hard work for over 17 years.

"He was a valued member of the board and will be missed. Looking forward, the board does not plan to replace the role of operations director and we plan to reassign his duties amongst the executive team."
