Bettys said its classic butter shortbread is a real family favourite. The shortbreads are presented in a pretty box with designs by Yorkshire artist Emily Sutton.

Bettys Yorkshire Gingerbread has proved another favourite during lockdown. The gingerbread is warm and hearty, made with both stem and ground ginger for a really vivid flavour. True to its name, the gingerbread is handmade at Bettys’ craft bakery in Harrogate.

While many customers had to miss going to Bettys’ tea rooms during lockdown, they made up for it with Bettys Yorkshire Tea Loaf, which is a moist fruited tea loaf, steeped in Yorkshire Tea.
