Boost for South Yorkshire YES! project
Developer Oak Holdings said the Government had confirmed that Rotherham council, which granted permission for the revised project in May, was authorised to determine the application.
The firm said it could now continue with the YES! project in a phased development.

Plans for the development include an "extreme sports complex" with climbing wall, three hotels, a conference centre, a shopping mall, a "brewery experience", a range of restaurants and an outdoor golf driving range.
