Allan Dodds, a chartered financial planner, joined Broadstone earlier in the year from Harrowells in York.

In addition, Harjit Dhesi also joins from Yorkshire Bank and Maria Whalley has moved from the London office to work with the Leeds team.

Matthew Phillips, managing director, said: “We are delighted to announce that Broadstone has made a number of further appointments in our northern offices, in particular Leeds, following some of the changes that have been seen at Yorkshire Bank.

“We have some very exciting plans for the external marketplace in the North, which we hope will produce new business opportunities. These appointments underline our commitment to driving business growth and providing existing clients with expert advice.”
