Mike Brook, principal consultant of BCD, said: “We are in the business of helping our clients to grow and we are using the same principles to understand our own markets and processes; thereby grow our own business and ultimately help even more businesses to achieve success.”

The firm said it has experienced “rapid growth” in its coaching, mentoring, training and business improvement work and now has around 100 regular clients.

Dianne Bentley, office manager at BCD, said: “Relocating to BBIC will help forge stronger links with regional SMEs and also support agencies to enable us to help other local businesses to grow whilst providing access to funding towards the cost of our services.”
