APSE is hosting an event called Service delivery models: Entrepreneurship, innovation and frontline services at The Pavilions of Harrogate.

This is APSE’s first major seminar of 2012. It will explore all aspects of different models of service delivery including: arms length trading companies, co-ops and mutuals, inhouse service improvement plans, working with partners and agencies, Insourcing previously outsourced services.
