An 108,518 sq ft warehouse is available to let on Don Pedro Avenue in Normanton, an additional 84,000 sq ft industrial/warehousing unit with headquarter offices is ready for occupation at Pioneer Business Park on Pioneer Way in Castleford, and Building 1000 at Link 62 on Premier Way South in Normanton adds another 66,147sq ft unit which can be let.

Toby Vernon, senior director, industrial agency, CBRE, said: “The four properties vary in size but all offer modern industrial and warehousing accommodation finished to a very high specification in a prime West Yorkshire location.

“Occupier demand in this location remains good and we are currently dealing with some significant enquiries.”

CBRE said that junction 31 of the M62 is regarded as “one of the major distribution hubs in the North of England”. The M1 intersection is two miles to the west and the A1(M) 4.5 miles to the east. Occupiers who have operations within the area include Argos, TK Maxx and DHL.
