Tony Webber, of Eddisons, said: “With the year end approaching vendors are anxious not to get left with unwanted stock.

“All the lots are priced to sell which should mean buyers have a good chance to pick up an early Christmas present.”

Among the lots is a former Leeds pub which has a guide price of £5,000 plus. The Whinmoor public house on Stanks Lane South in the Swarcliffe area of Leeds includes a manager’s flat and car park. The leasehold interest is being offered with 35 years left to run.

The sale will take place at Leeds United Football Club, Elland Road, Leeds, from 12.30pm.
