Charity in £25,000 Help for Heroes aid

The Making A Difference Locally (MADL) charity has donated £25,000 to the Help for Heroes campaign to help provide recovery centres for wounded service men and women.

The charity was created by Nisa-Today’s and Costcutter Supermarkets and part of the cost of certain promoted products is allocated to the fund.

MADL, which was launched in 2008, raised 1m in its first year for a range of charities across the UK.
