It has successfully commissioned a Hewlett Packard high-speed colour digital platform, and "customers are already seeing the benefit".

This technology allows customers to access personalised full-colour messaging at faster output speeds.

However, it means the removal of some offset printing equipment, which Communisis said will result in restructuring costs.
