Bob Tattrie, Managing Partner of Trebor said: “These two quality industrial buildings represent our latest completions of a pipeline of over five million square foot across the UK. Aimed at local occupiers looking for well located industrial premises at competitive rents or freehold, we are delighted with the interest levels received to date.”

Coun Bill Mordue, Cabinet Member for Business, Skills and Economic Development at Doncaster Council, added: “We are delighted to see Avion achieve completion. It is major industrial development delivered to the borough by Trebor Developments.

"Our Business Doncaster team is working closely with Trebor and their agents to market Avion and help find tenants for these speculative units and bring further investment into Doncaster."
