Crashing computers are a turn off for office workers
Research commissioned by NG Bailey, which has an IT services division, sought to find out which factors affect employees’ productivity and satisfaction levels.
The results show that with the perfect IT set-up in place, office workers estimate they would save an average of 4.3 hours a week – equating to 27 days a year.

Hide AdHowever, two-thirds of office workers admit that poor IT regularly holds them back – and this also impacts on their health and wellbeing.
Among those workers who feel held back by IT, almost half report suffering from stress as a direct result, which is hardly surprising when one in three say they work longer hours to make up for IT failures.
