Cricket star supports Leeds City Region at MIPIM 2017

Yorkshire cricket star Jonny Bairstow is to join Leeds City Region's delegation at the world's largest property investment forum as an official ambassador next week.

England wicketkeeper Jonny Bairstow will represent Leeds City Region at MIPIM 2017.

The England wicketkeeper, from Bradford, will officially open Leeds City Region’s stand at MIPIM 2017, a global gathering of investors, developers and occupiers in Cannes, France.

He will also take part in a question and answer session in front of an audience of invited senior delegates.

Leeds City Region will be using this year’s MIPIM property and investment forum to stake its position as the “power behind the Powerhouse”, taking its largest delegation to date.

Roger Marsh OBE, chairman of Leeds City Region Enterprise Partnership, said: “MIPIM gives Leeds City Region a global platform to share its benefits to the world and I know that Jonny will wholeheartedly support us in this regard.”
