Datong sees strong growth

SPY gadgets firm Datong reported record order levels today and said "strong progress" has been made in all its geographic territories.

The Leeds-based company, whose devices help police and security services track criminals and terrorists' mobile phones, said the group had delivered a substantial improvement in trading on last year.

Chief executive Dean Blood said Datong has continued its recovery in line with management expectations over the past six months.

In particular, the Americas territory has demonstrated a steady improvement in military, federal and law enforcement sectors during the period.
