Deal may bring family almost £21m
An entrepreneur and his family could net almost £21m from a private equity buyout of Leeds support services firm Spice.
Simon Rigby founded the firm with a single 3m contract, after a management buy-out from Yorkshire Electricity in 1996. He controls an 8.6 per cent stake.
