Dealmakers score in the capital

GGH Hire bought Hire Mate for an undisclosed sum to create a £4.2m turnover company.

Hart Shaw Corporate Finance, of Sheffield, and Oxley & Coward Solicitors LLP, of Rotherham, worked on the deal.
