“Fast, effective and efficient telecommunications are vital to Wilco Motosave’s continued business growth and our detailed call reporting and unrivalled levels of customer service were key drivers in the group’s decision to work with us.”

DuoCall works with mobile providers O2 and Vodafone and has its own billing platforms for the telecoms giants’ services. It hopes to expand to become “the Yorkshire alternative to BT”, Mr Coley said.

Co-director James Bradley said DuoCall helps firms grow by offering high quality landline, mobile, data products and services.

“This, in turn, translates into increased sales, footfall, repeat purchase and a more productive workforce for our customers,” he said.
