Essential Healthcare Solutions, which increased turnover from £1.6m to £2.2m and added 11 staff last year, will now become a part of Essential Group of Companies.

The changes are part of a more “consultative” approach to working with clients, Essential said.

The Healthcare Solutions business has streamlined its product range in the last 12 months and aims to double its turnover as it works with other businesses in the holding group.

Last year also saw the firm receive a £75,000 investment from the Leeds City Region Business Growth Programme and support from Kirklees Council, in addition to relocating to new premises which include training facilities.

He said: “All this has set the foundation to help us achieve our ambitious growth plans for the next five years.

“Essential Group of Companies is the next step in this plan.”
