Evans group notches up a hat-trick of sales
The Leeds-based developers have sold three office and hybrid business units under their Business Living brand, at Opus Avenue and Novus Avenue.
The Doncaster Garage Door Centre has bought a building at Novus Business Living, for £320,000, which comprises 4,100 sq ft of office and light industrial space.

Hide AdPark Leisure 2000 has bought a building at Opus Avenue, for £610,000, comprising 5,100 sq ft of office space.
Finally, Hethertons Solicitors, who have relocated from Rougier Street in the centre of York, have bought a building at Opus Avenue, for £615,000.
The two deals at Opus Avenue mean that this six-unit office development is now completely sold.
Meanwhile, four units at Novus Avenue, comprising a total of 18,000 sq ft of hybrid office and light industrial space, are still available for sale.
