First tenants named for city-centre development

Sacco Mann, which has an annual turnover of more than 3m and 13 staff in Leeds, currently serves a national client base of law firms and intellectual property specialists from nearby offices in St Andrew's House.

The company will occupy 2,000 sq ft on the top floor of the six-storey building, which is pictured above.

Deborah Powell, partner at Simpson Millar Solicitors, in Leeds, negotiated the 10-year lease on behalf of Sacco Mann, who are due to move in on January 31.

And from April, recruitment firm Tigercom will also base its UK and European operation in a 1,350 sq ft penthouse office.
