Fox Lloyd Jones celebrates 10th year with new deals

CHARTERED SURVEYORS Fox Lloyd Jones has celebrated its 10th anniversary with the completion of a raft of acquisitions, disposals and lettings at the end of 2014 which it believes is symptomatic of the improving property market.

The deals include the letting of two 2,500 sq ft office suites at 15 St Paul’s Street to Advantage Health Care and Hepworth Browne attorneys, facilitating relocations by both firms.

The third floor is also now under offer. The letting of the building only took six months with Fox Lloyd Jones initially selling the site to Skipton-based JN Bentley Properties and subsequently being retained as letting agents.

Also on St Paul’s Street, in Atlas House, three suites of more than 3,000 sq ft have been let to two new tenants including healthcare recruitment company, Servoca Nursing & Care.

Away from the city centre, modern offices have been let at Beechwood in Roundhay to successful university spin-off, Getech.

In addition to the lettings, Fox Lloyd Jones has recently acquired offices at the Old Brewery on The Calls for Architects, Enjoy Design as well as acquired additional office space at Thorpe Park for Help-Link, to facilitate further expansion.

Fox Lloyd Jones acting as receivers has also recently completed the sale of The Wave a 10,000 square foot landmark office in Shipley for approaching £900,000.

The firm is based in Leeds.
