Simon Crack, head of Hethertons Business Support Unit, said: “Fiesta Latina is a very popular restaurant and represents an excellent opportunity for York Restaurant.

“We were glad that we were able to offer the advice and services that Fabrice and his team required to complete the transaction on this wonderful city centre restaurant.

“York is an excellent place to do business and in recent months we have helped a number of entrepreneurs realise their dreams of moving to this historic city.”

El Gringos took over the restaurant and renamed it Fiesta Latina in 2012 after the previous restaurant, Fiesta Mehicana, closed at the beginning of that year.
