Fusion IP aims for third deal with a university

Fusion IP started life as Biofusion in 2002 to commercialise university intellectual property (IP).

Biofusion floated on the Alternative Investment Market in 2005 and signed an exclusive 10-year agreement with the University of Sheffield to commercialise all its medical IP.

In 2007 its signed a 10-year agreement with Cardiff University, to commercialise all its IP. In 2008 it expanded the Sheffield agreement to cover all IP, and changed its name to Fusion IP.
