The system uses technology based on electro-osmosis and reduces or eliminates capillary moisture, by emitting an electro-magnetic impulses that cause water to recede from the walls. A Russian company has developed an electrochemical supercapacitor that makes use of highly-porous materials on various forms of carbon. The company is looking for licensing agreements, research and technical cooperation.
