Gordons' Age Concern work

Law firm Gordons has advised the charity Age Concern on the expansion of its operations.

The firm's commercial property team worked with the charity to extend the lease on its Bradford city centre offices, open a new shop in Baildon and relocate an existing outlet to improved larger facilities in Keighley.

Gordons commercial property solicitor Simon Mydlowski worked with Age Concern's Bradford and district team and Bingley-based building surveyors Snape Munroe to negotiate and agree the leases on all three properties.

Age Concern Bradford & District is a local federation of over 150 local voluntary groups run by and for older people.
