GVA names building team director
GVA, the commercial property adviser, has appointed a new director to its building team in Leeds, and made two senior promotions.
Nick Twigg has joined to head up the six-strong building department at GVA’s City Point offices in King Street. Richard Baldwin has been promoted to director of the GVA Humberts Hotel and Leisure team and James Yates has become a senior surveyor within the corporate recovery team.
Paul Manning, senior regional director for the Leeds office, said: “In the past year we have recruited 17 new staff, including nine at director and associate level, which clearly demonstrates our commitment to growth.”
