Hand Picked role for lawyers
YORKSHIRE-based lawyers from Lupton Fawcett have acted for Hand Picked Hotels in its acquisition of the Grade II listed Bailbrook House Hotel in Bath, from the investor clients of real estate advisory company Delancey.
The acquisition, for an undisclosed sum, is part of a strategic expansion by Hand Picked Hotels, which is owned by former City lawyer Julia Hands, to establish a presence in the South-west.
Lupton Fawcett director, Russell Davidson said: “Bailbrook House Hotel will sit very well within the Hand Picked collection.”
