The company, which is currently based at Thorpe Park, Leeds is moving to a 7,000 square foot office suite at South Elmsall later this month.

HCM was founded at the end of 2007 and now has a £20m turnover and employs a team of 25.

HCM plans to increase revenues to £40m and create eight new jobs by 2014.

Managing director Jason Adlam says: “Since the start of the year we have created four new jobs and are continually recruiting in-line with our on-going expansion programme. The new office gives us three times more space, improved IT infrastructure, unlimited parking and offers easy access to the A1, M62 and M18.”

He added: “This expansion follows several key contract wins as we look to develop a five-year relationship strategy with Asda whilst we are continuing to win work from lots of our established blue-chip customers including Nando’s, Coca Cola and Arla Foods. In addition, we have a healthy pipeline of contracts that we’re due to start later this year in the industrial, facilities management, retail and residential sectors.” The business, which offers professional management services across the construction market, is considering opening a London office for HCM Interiors.
