Hat-trick of deals after office refurbishment

No.12 Greek Street in Leeds, formerly Aquis House, underwent a transformation following its acquisition by London-based investment company Ricsion from Northumberland Estates in 2015.

The three companies moving into the building are ECSC, Troup Bywaters and Anders, and Pegasus Agriculture, who have taken a total of 3,577 sq ft. Rents are in the region of £22 per sq ft.

Knight Frank and Carter Towler brokered the deals.

The Lost & Found restaurant, part of the Revere Pub Company, which is a division of Marstons, has also opened on the ground floor.
