Sunny Bank Mills in Farsley, Leeds, has attracted three new tenants working in the textile, HR and safety consultancy sectors.

During the past seven years the site has been transformed into a modern office complex by landlords William and John Gaunt. It is now home to more than 70 companies, who employ a total of 355 staff.

The new tenants include tailor Ansar Rahman, Breathing Space HR and process safety consultants DEKRA, which has moved into the 1912 Mill, where Emmerdale and Heartbeat were once filmed.
