Headhunters expand accountancy company into fresh venture

Headhunters Adrian Davies and Richard Sherrard have joined forces with Cleckheaton-based Clough to launch Project:Search LLP, which will specialise in executive search and selection across a number of sectors.

Both Mr Davies and Mr Sherrard have held senior positions at executive search firms.

The Project:Search team will offer a full range of board level and executive recruitment services to clients ranging from SME’s through to PLCs throughout the UK.

Mr Davies said: “Recruiting the right people at the senior end of the market has always been business critical, but in the current economic climate it’s more important than ever to find the right person as quickly and efficiently as possible.

“We felt there was a gap in the market for a firm that can combine in-depth experience with the flexibility to completely tailor its services towards every individual client regardless of what industry they work in or where they are based.”

Mr Sherrard said: “Creating this partnership with Clough & Company gives us access to a large potential client base as well as an established brand that has a reputation for building strong relationships with everyone it works with.”

Mr Davies and Mr Sherrard have more than 25 years of combined recruitment experience.
