Helping hand for hi-tech companies

The company will be working with Science City York on a Yorkshire Forward-funded project to establish the property needs of science and technology companies.

Donald Webb, a director at DTZ, who is leading the project, said: "We want to hear what businesses have got to say about growth, barriers to growth and their property needs.

"Are there gaps in property provision in York that need to be addressed?

"We want to speak to as many businesses as possible to get a clear picture of the situation. DTZ will be conducting a telephone survey of businesses over the next few weeks, followed by a workshop discussion in early 2011."
